Policies and Cancellations

General Terms

ALL BOOKINGS (applies to both 3rd party bookings, group bookings and direct bookings):

The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) requirements. Where the customer does not so comply, and cancels or is unable to access the operator’s premises, event or service, the customer shall forfeit any and all monies paid.

The Billi reserves the right to amend its policies in line with changes to Federal and State policies and guidelines.

We strongly recommend that you BOOK DIRECT with The Billi, and obtain comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unexpected changes to your travel plans.

 

Guest Check-In Requirements

All guests must present a valid credit or debit card at check-in to cover any incidental charges or security requirements. A pre-authorization hold of up to $250 may be placed on the card. A valid photo ID matching the booking name may also be required. Check-in may not be possible without these details.

Bookings Made Direct with The Billi

A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking. Your first payment (equivalent to the first night of your booking) is charged 14 days prior to your arrival date. You may cancel free of charge before this date. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeit of your first night’s payment as a cancellation fee. No refund or credit will be provided.

Your second payment (if applicable) is charged 1 day prior to your arrival date, this is for the balance of your accommodation.

Payments are automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.

Cancellations within 1 day of arrival and No Shows will result in the forfeit of the full accommodation amount. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Modification Requests within 14 days of arrival are at the sole discretion of The Billi and subject to availability, including dates and room types. Rate changes may apply. A $50.00 administration fee applies to all modifications made inside the cancellation period.

Group Bookings

Bookings of four or more units for related parties are classified as Group Bookings and are subject to the following payment and cancellation terms:

A valid credit card must be provided at the time of booking. Your first payment (equivalent to one night of your booking) is charged 28 days prior to your arrival date. You may cancel free of charge before this date. Your second payment (if applicable) is charged 14 days prior to your arrival date, this is for the balance of your accommodation.

Cancellations within 28 days and 15 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the initial accommodation payment. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival and No Shows will result in the forfeit of the full accommodation amount. No refunds or credits will be issued.

Exclusive Bookings (Weddings & Events)

Exclusive-use bookings including weddings, events, and full-property reservations are subject to their own separate terms and conditions. These terms are outlined in the event contract provided to the event organiser. Guests staying as part of an exclusive event will be advised of the applicable terms at the time of their booking, and these conditions will also be included in their booking confirmation email.

Bookings Made Through a 3rd Party

For reservations made via third-party websites or travel agents, the third party’s terms & conditions apply. The Billi’s direct booking policies do not apply to these reservations.

We strongly advise that you BOOK DIRECT with The Billi and take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans.

 

Unforeseen Events

If your stay becomes impossible due to natural disaster, state of emergency, or new border restrictions (The Billi must be notified within 24 hours of the restriction taking effect), a credit may be issued for future use equal to your deposit minus a $50 administration fee. Refunds are not available.

 

Pet Policy

We love pets, but not all guests do. Sorry, no pets allowed.
