Policies and Cancellations
Cancellation Policy
ALL BOOKINGS (applies to both 3rd party bookings, group bookings and direct bookings):
The customer shall comply with all Government (Federal and State) requirements for entry into Western Australia, The Kimberley Region and Broome and comply with all requirements for access to The Billi. Where the customer does not so comply, and cancels or is unable to access the operator’s premises, event or service, the customer shall forfeit any and all monies paid.
The Billi reserves the right to amend its policies in line with Federal and State policies and recommendations.
We strongly advise that you BOOK DIRECT with The Billi and take out travel insurance to protect yourself against unexpected changes to your travel plans.
Bookings Made Directly with The Billi
Your first deposit (equivalent to one night of your booking) is charged 14 days prior to your arrival date. You may cancel non-group bookings free of charge before this date. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeit of your deposit as a cancellation fee. No refund or credit will be provided.
Your second deposit (if applicable) is charged 1 day prior to your arrival date, this is for the balance of your accommodation.
Cancellations within 1 day of arrival and No Shows will result in the forfeit of the full accommodation amount as a cancellation fee. No refund or credit will be provided.
Modification Requests within 14 days of arrival are purely at the discretion of The Billi. These requests are subject to, but not limited to; availability, including dates and room types. Different rates maybe applicable. An administration fee of $50.00 will apply to all bookings modified within their cancellation period.
In the event that services are impossible to fulfil due to natural disaster, state of emergency, new border restrictions (The Billi must be notified within 24 hours of a new restriction coming in to effect for consideration under these terms – this will not apply in the instance where the border restriction of travel requirements have been in place for more than 24 hours), or similar – a credit maybe provided towards future stays of your deposit less a $50.00 administration fee. No refunds will be issued.
Bookings Made Through a 3rd Party
Where a booking is made through a 3rd party website or an agent – The above policy does not apply and the customer needs to refer to the terms and conditions of their booking with the agent.

Group Bookings
If 4 or more units are booked together for related parties – this is deemed as a group booking and is subject to its own terms and conditions.
Your first deposit (equivalent to one night of your booking) is charged 28 days prior to your arrival date. You may cancel free of charge before this date. Your second deposit (if applicable) is charged 14 days prior to your arrival date, this is for the balance of your accommodation.
Cancellations within 28 days and 15 days of arrival will result in the forfeit of your deposit as a cancellation fee. No refund or credit will be provided. Cancellations within 14 days of arrival and No Shows will result in the forfeit of the full accommodation amount as a cancellation fee. No refund or credit will be provided. Deposits are automatically processed to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
